Recipes made with special ingredients

Get inspired by these healthy Christmas recipes! I’ll show you some vegetarian options for soups and main courses. And for dessert, I’ll bring you a bunch of sugar-free, light treats.
What makes a recipe Christmassy?
There are no rules about what makes a recipe Christmassy. Of course, you could write that you should use Christmas ingredients (turkey, Brussels sprouts, oranges, chestnuts, etc.). However, this would severely limit the menu. I think quality is much more important than that. At this time of year, you really should choose the best of everything! Buy a more special type of meat or some extra ingredients. Something that doesn’t usually end up on your table.
Don’t skimp on time either! Choose a beef soup that takes a long time to cook or a main course that takes a long time to bake. Leave the 30-minute quick recipes for weekdays!

The Christmas menu can also be made festive with the way it is served. A beautiful tablecloth and a few tastefully placed decorations can make the meal truly cozy.
