Winter Dessert Cup
A 5-Minute Diet-Friendly Treat

With this winter dessert cup recipe, I’d like to break the Christmas sugar overload that already starts in November. You don’t need to eat so many sugary treats! Too much sugar is not good for your body or your figure. With this recipe, I want to prove that a healthy, diet-friendly dessert cup can still be irresistibly delicious, even without loads of sugar or heavy cream. This dessert doesn’t contain any added sweetener either. The sugar-free jam makes it sweet enough, but you can even leave that out if you want a completely sweetener-free recipe.

One serving contains 303 calories, which may be a bit much for a mid-morning or afternoon snack. If that doesn’t fit into your meal plan, simply divide it into two servings. However you serve it, make it special. Put it into a pretty glass, decorate it nicely, and take a moment to admire it. Even if you’re making it only for yourself, pause for a minute and truly enjoy it!!
