Ingredients

  • 1 square (10 g) of dark chocolate (at least 85% cocoa content)
  • 50 ml heavy cream (30%)
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 level tablespoon (10 g) xylitol

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring with a whisk until smooth, then pour into a nice glass.
  • If you’d like whipped cream on top, whip the remaining cream until stiff and spoon it onto your drink.
  • Tip: Grate a little extra chocolate on top to make it even more appealing.
