Fall Granola Recipe – Homemade Recipe
With Gingerbread Spices, Almonds, and Pumpkin Seeds

I fell in love with the exciting world of homemade granola recipes. I was enchanted by the heavenly aroma coming from the oven, slowly filling my home as it baked. I was captivated by the fresh, crunchy texture I could feel in every bite. It gives me peace of mind knowing that it contains only what I put into it – wholesome ingredients and no additives. I love experimenting with new granola flavors and combinations.
Please enjoy my homemade granola recipe called “Autumn-Winter Magic.” Make it whenever you crave a little warmth on cold autumn and winter days, and let its aroma slowly enchant you, fill your heart, and bring back joyful memories – as if you were opening a magical bottle filled with love and happiness.
What is granola, and why shouldn’t you eat too much of it? Find out in this article of mine!

What can you eat granola with?
- Pour milk over it (plant-based milk works perfectly too)
- Mix it into yogurt
- Sprinkle it on the bottom and top of a dessert cup (just like in this recipe)
- Use it to top your oatmeal
- Enjoy it on its own as a crunchy snack
- Serve it with fresh fruit (or with baked fruit during autumn and winter)

Ingredients
- 220 g large-flake rolled oats (whole grain)
- 10 g gingerbread spice mix (I used Kotányi)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 g hulled natural pumpkin seeds
- 60 g natural almonds
- 80 g coconut oil
- 80 g honey (from a local producer)
Instructions
- Take a large mixing bowl. Pour in the rolled oats. Add the gingerbread spice mix, a pinch of salt, the pumpkin seeds, and the almonds. Mix thoroughly.
- In a saucepan, gently heat the coconut oil together with the honey. Pour it over the oat mixture.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly on it. Place it in a preheated oven at 180 °C and bake for 20-25 minutes. Stir it twice during baking.
- Once ready, let it cool completely, then transfer it to sealable jars. Whenever you crave some granola, you’ll just need to take it out and enjoy.
