Cherry-Red Currant Yogurt Drink

Sour fruits can be especially refreshing in the summer heat. Cherries and red currants aren’t just for desserts – you can also turn them into a delicious yogurt drink. In fact, fruits are healthiest when eaten fresh. When you bake them, they lose some of their vitamin content. It would be a shame to miss out on the valuable iron, vitamin C, and antioxidants found in berries, as these all help you stay healthy and youthful. Thanks to its high fiber content, cherries can also boost your metabolism, making them an excellent choice for those looking to lose weight. Enjoy this cherry–red currant yogurt drink as a mid-morning snack or afternoon pick-me-up. With its 309 calories, it provides plenty of energy for the rest of your day.
To reduce the calorie content, I used erythritol, but if you don’t like it, you can sweeten it with honey or sugar– whatever fits into your diet.
