Ingredients
25 cherries
(200 g)
1 handful of red currants
(50 g)
100 g Greek yogurt
100 ml cold milk
(1.5% fat)
30 g erythritol
(or honey)
Juice of ½ lime
Instructions
Wash the cherries, cut them in half, and remove the pits.
Place them in a blender.
Wash the red currants and add them to the blender.
Add the yogurt, milk, erythritol, and lime juice.
Blend until smooth and enjoy immediately.
