Ingredients

  • 25 cherries (200 g)
  • 1 handful of red currants (50 g)
  • 100 g Greek yogurt
  • 100 ml cold milk (1.5% fat)
  • 30 g erythritol (or honey)
  • Juice of ½ lime

Instructions

  • Wash the cherries, cut them in half, and remove the pits.
  • Place them in a blender.
  • Wash the red currants and add them to the blender.
  • Add the yogurt, milk, erythritol, and lime juice.
    Blend until smooth and enjoy immediately.
