Cottage Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 slice of whole grain rye bread
- 100 g light cottage cheese
- 1 slice ham
- 1 slice Emmental cheese
- 1 handful cocktail tomatoes
- 1 handful of arugula
Instructions
- Preheat the oven. If possible, set it to grill mode and 200°C (392°F).
- Spread the cottage cheese on the bread. Put a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top.
- Put it in the oven and grill the top a little so that the cheese melts on top. You don't need to bake it until it's completely crispy.
- When ready, serve with arugula salad and cherry tomatoes.
