Preheat the oven. If possible, set it to grill mode and 200°C (392°F).
Spread the cottage cheese on the bread. Put a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top.
Put it in the oven and grill the top a little so that the cheese melts on top. You don't need to bake it until it's completely crispy.
When ready, serve with arugula salad and cherry tomatoes.
