Creamy Avocado Pasta Sauce
15-minute recipe

The recipe for avocado cream spaghetti came from the fact that I have a really great avocado cream recipe. I realized that it’s not only delicious spread on crackers, but also works well mixed with spaghetti pasta. 🙂 I love the color green, so I enhanced this combination with a little celery. And to make it less monochromatic, I added some fresh cherry tomatoes. If I had had some at home, I would have added fresh basil leaves (but they weren’t in season in January). So I garnished it with celery leaves instead. This is a basic recipe that you can make even more delicious with a little salmon or diced roasted chicken. It’s a healthy dish that’s very tasty. Give it a try!
