Ingredients

  • 60 g durum wheat spaghetti pasta
  • 1 serving of avocado cream (recipe in the description)
  • 4 cocktail tomatoes
  • 2-3 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 pinch Italian spice mix with salt

Instructions

  • Prepare the avocado cream according to this recipe.
  • Cook the spaghetti pasta in salted water until al dente. When ready, drain and serve in a deep plate.
  • Mix the pasta with the avocado cream. Add halved cherry tomatoes, celery, and fresh basil leaves, if available. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and serve.
