Avocado cream recipe, quick and easy

Fitness breakfast or mid-morning snack ideas
Avocado cream recipe, quick and easy

There are countless versions of avocado cream recipes. I don’t like to overcomplicate things. Here is the simplest and quickest recipe, which I usually eat for a mid-morning snack with Korpovit biscuits (a wholemeal, fiber-rich Hungarian biscuit).

Avocado cream recipe

When should you consume it?

Avocados are naturally rich in fat, which gives them their creamy texture and satisfying taste. They are a versatile ingredient that can be enjoyed in many different meals throughout the day.

  • For breakfast, for example: 1 serving of avocado cream and 1.5 slices (75 g) of rye bread or whole grain bread
  • For a mid-morning snack, for example: 1 serving of avocado cream, wholemeal, fiber-rich biscuit

How should you eat it?

Spread the avocado cream on crackers or bread and top with high-protein ham slices.

You can eat it right after making it, but this avocado cream recipe will be even tastier if you let it sit in the fridge for a few hours. If you make it the night before, all you have to do in the morning is spread it on bread or take it with you for a snack and spread it on crackers.

Update: Avocado cream mixed with spaghetti pasta is also very tasty. Check out this recipe: Spaghetti with avocado cream
