Eat and lose weight? Is this a dream or reality? Is it possible to eat a lot of delicious food and lose weight at the same time? What should you do if you love to eat but don’t want to gain weight? Let me show you my strategy. Learn about my weight loss story!

My story

As a child, I was very chubby. I ate a lot of foods made from white sugar and white flour. Sweets, chocolate, syrups, bread with butter – these were regular features of my diet. My appearance caused me a lot of emotional pain. I know what it feels like when others look down on you, tease you, and exclude you from groups because of your excess weight.

I know how it feels when you see a beautiful dress in a store and you know that it only looks good on thinner women, and if you force yourself to try it on, you’ll be even more disappointed because you’ll realize that you really can’t fit into it. And then the sales assistant tells you that there are no larger sizes. It’s a devastating, awful feeling. I know. I’ve been there. But for me, that’s in the past now.

I developed a lifestyle change method that helped me lose 10 kilograms in 7 months, transforming my body and making it more shapely. That was back in 2014. Ten years have passed since then, and I haven’t gained any weight back. Even though I eat a lot, and very tasty food at that.

I am a food blogger. I love to eat, and delicious flavors are important to me. I have tried many diets, but I couldn’t stick to any of them because they involved boring, tasteless foods. That’s why I developed my own diet. It’s called the Eat and Lose Weight Method.

Eat and lose weight

There is no quick and easy way to lose weight. There is no miracle pill that will help you lose ten pounds in a few days. However, there is a wonderful method. It is called Eating and Losing Weight.

Instead of pills, I recommend a lifestyle change that will help you understand how your fat deposits are built up and how you can get rid of them so they don’t come back. You can learn conscious eating, which will give you a beautiful figure and good health.

Joy and self-confidence

Losing 10 kilograms not only gave me a slim, shapely figure, but also an indescribably wonderful feeling and self-confidence. After 7 months, the scale showed 60 kg instead of 70 kg. I was able to wear clothes that had long been banished to the back of my closet, and based on the feedback I received, they looked great on me. Men turned to look at me. Old acquaintances all commented on how fantastic I looked and asked me what my secret was. They were sure that I had been starving myself and had to give up all the tasty treats. They could hardly believe me when I told them that I ate six or seven times a day and that my daily menu consisted of very tasty foods.

No one could understand how this was possible. Then I baked them some of my diet muffins, which don’t taste like diet food at all, and offered them some of my diet coconut balls.

I explained that these foods are very low in calories, and if we plan our diet well, they won’t stick to our stomachs or buttocks as fat.


Over time, more and more people became interested in the method, so I decided to write a book about it, hoping to convey the joy I felt when I saw how my body was transforming and how shapely curves were appearing.
