Pasta salad – with two types of special cheese
With Boursin soft cheese and basil mozzarella

Pasta salad in a glass? Why not? Prepare a light and healthy lunch and serve it in a pretty little glass for a gorgeous presentation. Trust me, it will make the meal taste completely different. The Boursin cheese raises the quality of this recipe so much that it simply has to be served with a little flair. Getting Boursin cheese may not be the most fun thing in the world. But you’ll find it in larger Spar stores and at the Auchan cheese counter. You’ll have almost no chance of finding it anywhere else. I’d say that other cheeses would work too, but I haven’t actually found anything tastier than this. Give it a try!

Pasta salad with cheese and healthy fats
Take advantage of this in this delicious pasta salad by drizzling your favorite cold-pressed oil over it to make it even healthier. I like to use flaxseed oil instead of olive oil for this recipe.
