This banana dessert cup recipe is perfect when you want a quick, delicious, sugar-free dessert.
Because of the banana and granola, it is relatively high in carbohydrates, so keep that in mind if you are trying to lose weight. However, it makes an excellent post-workout snack thanks to its protein content and fast-absorbing carbohydrates.

Ingredients

  • 1 serving (40 g) homemade coconut granola (recipe link included in the preparation section)
  • 250 g low-fat creamy cottage cheese
  • 110 g plain yogurt
  • 30 g acacia honey (from a local producer)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 g low-fat, sugar-free cocoa powder (with high cocoa content)

Instructions

  • Take three pretty glasses and layer the ingredients in the following order:
    1. Homemade coconut granola (divide the pre-measured 40 g equally among the three glasses)
    2. Sliced banana
    3. The following cream mixture: low-fat creamy cottage cheese mixed with yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract
  • Finally, sprinkle cocoa powder on top, and it’s ready to enjoy.
