3glow-fat, sugar-free cocoa powder (with high cocoa content)
Instructions
Take three pretty glasses and layer the ingredients in the following order:1. Homemade coconut granola (divide the pre-measured 40 g equally among the three glasses)2. Sliced banana3. The following cream mixture: low-fat creamy cottage cheese mixed with yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract
Finally, sprinkle cocoa powder on top, and it’s ready to enjoy.
