Mozzarella Salad with Tomatoes and Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 package (125 g) light mozzarella
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chimichurri sauce
- 1 pinch freshly ground sea salt
- a small amount of fresh parsley
Instructions
- Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and slice them thinly.
- Slice the mozzarella thinly as well.
- Take a nice serving plate and arrange the mozzarella and tomato slices neatly.
- Drizzle with the chimichurri sauce.
- Enjoy it on its own or with a slice of whole grain bread.
