Ingredients

  • 250 g minced pork (7% fat content)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g canned red kidney beans
  • 100 g canned sweet corn
  • 200 g tomato purée (sugar-free)
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch dried oregano
  • 2 pinches dried basil
  • 150 g durum spaghetti
  • 5 g Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a deep frying pan until golden brown.
  • Add the minced pork. Season with salt and pepper, then cook until browned.
  • Add the garlic, red kidney beans, and corn, then pour in the tomato purée. Stir well.
  • Add the oregano, basil, and more salt to taste. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with cooked spaghetti and grate a little Parmesan cheese on top.
