Winter Banana Smoothie
With orange and gingerbread spice

This is a basic banana smoothie recipe, but it’s not just a plain banana smoothie! The scent of orange is said to lift your spirits. Get in the mood for something good with a delicious smoothie! This orange and gingerbread-spiced drink combines vibrant citrus flavors with warm spices and naturally contains vitamin C from the oranges. And the good mood is just the icing on the cake. Try it out for yourself! This smoothie is recommended as a mid-morning snack if you are on a diet. However, bananas and oranges are high in carbohydrates, so they may not be suitable for everyone. But it can be very useful before or after a workout.

Winter banana smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 4 orange segments (remove the membranes)
- 200 ml milk (almond milk is also good)
- 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice mix
- 1 teaspoon erythritol (or honey)
- a pinch of cocoa powder for sprinkling
Instructions
- Put the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
- Pour it into a glass (or a bottle that you can take with you).
