Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 4 orange segments (remove the membranes)
  • 200 ml milk (almond milk is also good)
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice mix
  • 1 teaspoon erythritol (or honey)
  • a pinch of cocoa powder for sprinkling

Instructions

  • Put the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
  • Pour it into a glass (or a bottle that you can take with you).
