Bean and Corn Bolognese Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 250 g minced pork (7% fat content)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 g canned red kidney beans
- 100 g canned sweet corn
- 200 g tomato purée (sugar-free)
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- 2 pinches dried basil
- 150 g durum spaghetti
- 5 g Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a deep frying pan until golden brown.
- Add the minced pork. Season with salt and pepper, then cook until browned.
- Add the garlic, red kidney beans, and corn, then pour in the tomato purée. Stir well.
- Add the oregano, basil, and more salt to taste. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with cooked spaghetti and grate a little Parmesan cheese on top.
