Preparation

  2. Prepare the avocado cream and the salty granola.

  4. Sprinkle with salted granola.
  5. Drizzle with avocado cream.
  6. Eat immediately.

Tip: You can also make it into a takeaway meal. In this case, pack all the ingredients separately. Heat up the chicken breast and add it to the salad.
