An apple a day keeps the doctor away, as the saying goes. Of course, it’s best eaten raw and natural. But why not turn it into a delicious, indulgent drink sometimes? This apple smoothie with a pinch of cinnamon and cloves is recommended for snacks (mid-morning or afternoon) if you are on a diet. However, bananas and oranges are high in carbohydrates, so they are not suitable for everyone. But they are a good choice after a workout.

Ingredients

  • 1 small (100 g) apple
  • 1 banana
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon erythritol (or honey)
  • 1 pinch ground cloves

Instructions

  • Put the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
  • Pour into glasses (or bottles that you can take with you).
  • I took two servings so that there wouldn't be so many carbohydrates.
