Ingredients

  • 250 g ricotta
  • 125 g plain yogurt
  • 40 g xylitol
  • Juice and grated zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 6 strawberries (150 g)

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries and pat them dry.
  • Place the ricotta in a mixing bowl, then add the yogurt, xylitol, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  • Divide the cream between two serving glasses. Grate a little extra lemon zest on top.
  • Slice the strawberries and place them over the cream before serving.
