Simply wash them and enjoy them as they are, or pair them with a light cream to make them even more delicious. Ricotta works perfectly with strawberries, just like yogurt does. You can make a protein-rich yet low-calorie dessert in just a few minutes by following my recipe. Here comes the easiest spring and summer treat you can make anytime you crave something sweet.



Sugar-free Ricotta Cup Dessert

Ingredients
- 250 g ricotta
- 125 g plain yogurt
- 40 g xylitol
- Juice and grated zest of 1/2 lemon
- 6 strawberries (150 g)
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and pat them dry.
- Place the ricotta in a mixing bowl, then add the yogurt, xylitol, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Divide the cream between two serving glasses. Grate a little extra lemon zest on top.
- Slice the strawberries and place them over the cream before serving.
