Apple smoothie with banana
Vitamin supplementation in a pampering way

An apple a day keeps the doctor away, as the saying goes. Of course, it’s best eaten raw and natural. But why not turn it into a delicious, indulgent drink sometimes? This apple smoothie with a pinch of cinnamon and cloves is recommended for snacks (mid-morning or afternoon) if you are on a diet. However, bananas and oranges are high in carbohydrates, so they are not suitable for everyone. But they are a good choice after a workout.

This article, entitled “Is it a smoothie or a milkshake?”, helps clarify the difference between the two drinks and shows which one is better for weight loss.
