Fall Dessert Cups with Mascarpone (No Bake)
With Mascarpone, Honeyed Apples, and Gingerbread Granola

I absolutely love dessert cup recipes because they come together in no time. I’m not the type of person who can spend hours fussing over a cake. Of course, sometimes I do enjoy lovingly decorating a chocolate cake or baking the perfect sponge. But most of the time, I simply don’t have that much time for dessert. In my opinion, dessert cups are the easiest and quickest option. Every season deserves its own favorite recipe, and this is my fall dessert cup creation: made with apples and gingerbread granola.
The warmth comes from the combination of honey, cinnamon, and apples, while the vanilla cream is the icing on the cake – or rather, in the glass. 🙂 Enjoy the comforting warmth and the feeling that autumn has arrived, bringing color and joy with it.
