Fitness Tuna Salad with Eggs
Made extra delicious with a little apple!

Fitness tuna salad recipes are a must when you’re craving a protein-rich meal. It’s incredibly easy to prepare. Basically, all you need is some salad and tuna. But of course, we want something tastier than that, right? Absolutely! Feel free to add eggs, olives, and don’t forget the apple either – its slightly sweet flavor pairs perfectly with the salad. The whole bowl contains very few carbohydrates, while the fat content is relatively high. Enjoy it for lunch, but if you drain the oil from the tuna, you can significantly reduce the fat content, making it a great option for dinner as well.
