Sugar-Free Lemonade
A Refreshing, Healthy Summer Drink

In the summer heat, it’s usually easier for everyone to stick to the “2-3 liters of fluids a day” rule, since the high temperatures make us feel more thirsty and aware of our need for hydration. At times like this, a refreshing drink can provide a pleasant way to cool down. But if you’re watching your figure, it really matters what kind of drink you choose to refresh yourself with. Unfortunately, most summer beverages contain unnecessary calories, which is why sugar-free lemonade is my absolute favorite. I make it with a sweetener and add lime alongside the lemon. With a touch of mint, it becomes truly refreshing. It contains hardly any calories. I love it. Give it a try!
