Lentil salad with celery and Kentucky spicy chicken breast
Easy and delicious macro-friendly dinner

As complicated as it may seem, celery and lentil salad is actually a quick and easy dinner. I used canned lentils, which you just pour into a mixing bowl and mix with a large bunch of finely chopped parsley and celery. Capers go well with this dish, and it’s worth using the juice too. Add a little olive oil and it’s ready to serve. It can be eaten straight away, for example with Kentucky spicy chicken strips. It’s a divine dinner that is low in carbohydrates but rich in protein. It’s healthy and delicious too. Give it a try!
