Try This Snack Box!

In his book Atomic Habits, James Clear writes that your results are a reflection of your habits. In other words, your body weight reflects your eating habits. The effects of small habits add up over time. If you do just a little every day toward good habits that bring you closer to your goal, you can achieve a lot in a year.
For me, a good eating habit is choosing fruit instead of chocolate as a snack. This would be much harder if chocolate were within reach and not a pretty fruit box. So, I believe good habits start somewhere with small choices, like not buying chocolate for yourself – but buying fruit instead. Try this snack box for yourself!

Fruit mix snack box
Buy a variety of fruits: bananas, blueberries, apples, or anything that’s in season. The key is to have at least three different types. Chop them up and store them in containers. When you open the fridge during snack time, these colorful fruit boxes will be ready, and you can choose them instead of chocolate. They are low in fat, not too high in calories, and rich in fiber.
