Cream Cheese-Garlic Minced Meat Pasta
A Healthy Alternative to Mac and Cheese

This cream cheese-garlic minced meat pasta could easily be considered a healthier alternative to Mac and Cheese. Instead of being dominated by cheese and pasta, this version is primarily driven by minced meat, and to balance the richness of the meat and dairy, I also added celery. The result is a truly special pasta dish that I recommend for lunch.
