Földi Rita életmódblogger

I’m so happy you’re here!

Welcome to my blog!

I’am Rita Földi, the creator and foodie behind the Meal Blogger.
I’m a Hungary-based food blogger with a big love for Hungarian comfort food and sunny Mediterranean flavors. I started cooking as a kid alongside my grandma, later completed a chef’s course, and I’ve been blogging since 2013.

Often we only have 30 minutes to throw something together, and it matters that it’s healthy, too. And you might barely have anything in the fridge. That’s when you need to pull out your best tricks and make the most of your creativity. With my chef’s qualification and my never-ending enthusiasm for cooking, I’ll help you always know what to make.

I’ll show you how to cook in a healthy and delicious way. My goal is not only for you to learn, but to actually fall in love with cooking. Because cooking is a wonderful thing – you’re giving love through it.

Principles

  • Who is the blog for?
My recipes and content are intended for healthy individuals for preventive purposes. If you have a medical condition, please consult a doctor. >> Disclaimer
  • I do not use AI-generated photos for my recipes.
Home-cooked dish, styled and photographed by me. No AI, just food and daylight.
  • Advertisements: I don’t overload my recipes with ads so that the content remains easy to see.
  • There is no media company or agency behind me. I do everything on my own, as a hobby and with passion.
  • What is considered healthy?
There is no such thing as something that is inherently healthy. The quantity is what matters. Water is very healthy, but if you drink 5 liters in one sitting, it becomes harmful. The same applies to everything. Fiber is also very healthy, but it can be overconsumed and then it becomes harmful. What matters is not what we eat, but how much we eat. We should eat a wide variety of foods, but in smaller amounts.
  • What kind of flour do I use?
All-purpose white flour (only for thickening), whole wheat flour (when a larger amount is needed), or oat flour (for example, for baking).
  • What do I use for sweetening?
Granulated sugar or honey (depending on the recipe).
