You can also use my homemade rolls for this recipe. Homemade roll recipe here.Cut the rolls (or bread) into 1 cm cubes. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 °C (392°F) until golden brown.Cut the cheese into small cubes. Set aside. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and fry the onion until golden brown. When ready, remove from the heat and pour in the milk. Stir. Add the fried bread cubes. Stir thoroughly, then pour into a larger mixing bowl.
Add the salt, parsley, whole eggs, and cheese. Add the flour and mix everything together.
Place 4 piles of the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten them to form 4 equal-sized patties. Place in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for 20 minutes.
When it's ready, you can immediately add it to a bowl of hot soup.
