Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) using top and bottom heat with fan.
Take an ovenproof baking dish and add:diced zucchinidiced feta cheesediced kapia pepperhalved cherry tomatoessliced grilled sausage Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt, pepper, and basil. Mix everything thoroughly.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the ingredients are nicely roasted and slightly crispy.
Once baked, stir everything together, then add the cooked and drained pasta. Mix well.
Serve warm. Before serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and finely chopped fresh parsley.
