Ingredients

  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 3 tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 purple onion
  • 1 pinch dried basil (even better if you use fresh ones)
  • 1 pinch dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste pitted green olives (green for me, because I don't like black)

Instructions

  • Finely chop the red onion and place in a mixing bowl. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese and add to the bowl. Add the olives. Season with oregano and basil. Mix together.
  • It is worth leaving it for a while so that the flavors blend together better.
