Ingredients
For the pasta:

Greek pasta (kritharaki, also known as orzo)
(available at DM or sometimes at Lidl and Aldi)
water
salt
Other ingredients:

dried, crumbled oregano
a few drops
extra virgin olive oil
These can still be included:
fresh basil leaves
1 small purple onion, finely chopped
olive
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. It should take 10-14 minutes. Then drain and mix with the other ingredients.
Serve it in a pretty glass.
