Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients

For the pasta:

  • 70 g Greek pasta (kritharaki, also known as orzo) (available at DM or sometimes at Lidl and Aldi)
  • water
  • salt

Other ingredients:

  • 50 g feta cheese (light)
  • 70 g tomato
  • 70 g cucumber
  • 1 pinch dried, crumbled oregano
  • a few drops extra virgin olive oil

These can still be included:

  • fresh basil leaves
  • 1 small purple onion, finely chopped
  • olive

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. It should take 10-14 minutes. Then drain and mix with the other ingredients.
  • Serve it in a pretty glass.
