Ingredients
500 g canned tomato purée
(sugar-free)
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
2 pinches dried or fresh oregano
2 pinches dried or fresh basil
Instructions
Pour the canned tomato purée into a small saucepan, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, ground black pepper, oregano, and basil.
Bring it to a simmer, then remove it from the heat and add the crushed garlic.
Use it immediately, or pour it into a jar and store it in the refrigerator. It will keep for 4-5 days.
