For the fake tartar:

liquid sweetener - to taste (I prefer it when it's sweet.)
a few drops of lemon juice
salt
freshly ground black pepper
I put this on:

Instructions
It is best to prepare the milk-baked chicken the day before, so that you can use the leftover, cooled chicken for this sandwich spread.
Dice the chicken. Cut it into small cubes that will be easy to spread on the bread. Set aside.
Cut the cucumber into cubes of the same size. Set aside.Finely chop the parsley. Set aside.
Put the ingredients for the fake mayonnaise in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.Add the chicken cubes, cucumber, and parsley. Add salt if necessary.Mix well.
Spread on bread and eat immediately.
