Ingredients

  • 60 g durum wheat fusilli pasta
  • 1 can of tuna in olive oil
  • 60 g light feta cheese
  • 60 g cucumber
  • 20 g pitted green olives
  • 1 handful of iceberg lettuce (other lettuce works too)
  • ½ juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 pinch dried basil

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain it and place it in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the tuna, olives, diced feta cheese, and diced cucumber. Add the iceberg lettuce as well.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with basil. Mix everything together.
  • Serve in a deep plate or bowl, and enjoy immediately.
