Cut the carrots into matchsticks. Slice the cucumber. Dice the tomatoes. Set aside.
Prepare the Hungarian sauce: mix a little Erős Pista into the plain yogurt, then add salt. Taste it to make sure it is salty and spicy enough for your liking.
Toast the tortilla, then spread Hungarian sauce on it. Add the feta cheese, sprinkle with chopped carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, and a large handful of lettuce.
Roll it up and eat it right away!
