Ingredients

Oil

  • 1,5 tablespoons olive oil (15 g)

Dry ingredients

  • 60 g large-grain oat flakes
  • 60 g walnut
  • 30 g shelled pumpkin seeds (unsalted, natural)

Spices

  • 1 coffee spoon sweet red paprika powder (Hungarian) (2 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (3 g)

Instructions

  • Take a small mixing bowl, such as a glass bowl or even a breakfast bowl. Pour in the olive oil. Add the salt and paprika. Mix with a spoon.
  • Add the oat flakes, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts. Mix thoroughly so that all the ingredients are evenly coated with the spices.
  • Take a baking tray and line it with baking paper. Spread the mixture evenly over the tray. Place in an oven preheated to 180 °C (350 °F) and bake for 10-15 minutes. Stir twice during baking.
  • When it's ready, let it cool, then put it in sealable jars. When you feel like some granola, just take it out.
