Cucumber salad with dill and yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumber
  • 200 ml plain Greek yogurt
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • ½ bunch fresh dill
  • 2 spring onions

Instructions

  • Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. If the cucumber is too large, you can cut it into half-slices.
  • Salt thoroughly and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the juice and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Add yogurt and season with ground white pepper, finely chopped dill, and sliced spring onions. Mix together and it's ready to eat.
