Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Wash the cucumber and bell pepper, then cut into small cubes. Place into a large mixing bowl. Finely chop the onion and add to the vegetables. Sprinkle some salt and mix well.
Dice the ham and cheese into small cubes and add them to the bowl with the vegetables.
Add the drained pasta to the bowl.
In a separate bowl, stir together the yogurt, light mayonnaise, and salt to make the dressing. Then pour the dressing over the pasta mixture. Toss everything thoroughly to combine.
Serve immediately.
