Finely chop the onion and place it in a deep frying pan.Cut off both ends of the zucchini, wash it and dice it. Set aside.Finely chop the garlic. Add it to the zucchini.Clean the chicken breast and dice it. Set aside. Drizzle olive oil over the onion and sauté. Add the diced meat and fry.
Season with salt and pepper. Stir fry. When it turns golden brown, add the zucchini cubes and garlic. Stir fry together.
When everything is a nice golden brown, pour in the water first, then stir. Let it boil a little, then pour in the cream. Stir and cook for a few minutes.
Add the olives at the end. There is no need to cook them, just stir them into the hot sauce.
Cook some durum spaghetti to go with it. Toss the pasta in the sauce and enjoy.
